The King Technofill F6 is a GMP-compliant, medium-speed automatic liquid filling machine equipped with multi-head gear pumps. Designed for precision, it can fill liquids with capacities ranging from 5 ml to 5 liters into both glass and plastic bottles. Utilising stainless steel positive displacement gear pumps, the machine ensures accurate dosing by counting pump revolutions using digital encoders. Bottles are fed via a single-lane stainless steel sanitary conveyor system (not included), where a pneumatic bottle gating system indexes six bottles into the filling zone. Six filling nozzles dispense the product, controlled by a pre-set recipe that governs the pump motors. The system indexes filled bottles out and brings in six new ones, maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
